The business is physically located and registered in the Netherlands, Germany, or France. Please note that mailboxes presence and registration via a local partner or adviser do not satisfy this requirement.
Your business is more than 50% owned, managed and controlled/operated by people from ethnic minority and non-western background.
The relevant ethnic minority individuals considered to qualify as an ethnic minority business are citizens of the Netherlands, Germany or France or have a valid visa or resident permit that allows them to reside, work and own a business there for at least 5 years.
